In "Al Fresco No. 4," Fisher distills the urban landscape into a striking geometric abstraction where architectural forms collide with bold chromatic energy. The composition is dominated by dramatic angular shapes rendered in rich magenta and deep red, their forms suggesting the powerful verticality of city buildings caught in evening light. A brilliant golden triangle cuts through the center like a shaft of sunlight between buildings, while a stark brown angular mass anchors the right side, creating powerful directional tension.

The textural qualities achieved through Fisher's printmaking technique add a subtle grid-like pattern that evokes the texture of city walls and concrete surfaces.
