Placing an Order
Great news! MyPhoto is the easiest and fastest way to turn your photos into one-of-a-kind gifts and décor. Before we show you how easy the ordering process is, remember to follow our Smile Guarantee guidelines to get the best possible digital photo print.
Color: Make sure your original photo is not too dark, too light, or washed out.
Quality: Make sure your original photo is not low resolution, pixelated, blurry, or grainy.
Cropping: Make sure your original photo is not a screenshot or has unwanted borders and is cropped just right.
To order from myphoto.com, simply click the Upload Photo button and choose your photo to get started. Alternatively, you can email a photo to 123@myphoto.com and we'll email you right back with that photo previewed on an assortment of our handcrafted products, including links to start the ordering process at myphoto.com. Select a product, then edit the photo if necessary, or just click Add to Cart and then Proceed to Checkout to complete the order.
We have two easy ways to use your computer when ordering photos that are on your phone.
First, click My Account and login or create an account on your computer. Then login on your phone with the same password. Now that you're signed in on both devices, any photo uploaded from one device will display on the other when you refresh the page on the other device.
OR you can email a photo from your phone to 123@myphoto.com, then open the reply email on your computer and click one of the links.
First, make sure the email actually left your phone or computer. If it did and you still can't find our reply email, check your SPAM or promotions folders as sometimes emails can end up there. If it's not there, try visiting our website and simply click the Upload Photo button to view your photo on all of our wonderful products!
When emailing photos to 123@myphoto.com, it's best to email only one photo.
Once you've received the reply email back from us and have clicked through to our website, adding more photos is easy. Simply click the Upload Photo button to add as many photos as you'd like.
Our website will automatically detect your photo's orientation once the photo is uploaded. If you'd like to switch the photo's orientation, you can do so while uploading.
Just click Upload Photo and select your photo. Then click the Rotate icon to the left of your photo to enable the rotation controls. Click the right or left rotation control to rotate the photo clockwise or counterclockwise respectively. Don't forget to click Save to save your rotation, then Upload to complete the process.
Of course. Once you've uploaded a photo, go to any product page and click the Edit Photo button. From there you can crop and reposition your photo so it looks great for that product size.
Orders are produced on a strict schedule. Please note that orders placed before 5 pm ET will begin processing that day, while orders placed after 5 pm ET will begin processing the following business day.
For orders placed before 5 pm ET, you have until 6 pm ET to request changes or cancellation. For orders placed after 5 pm ET, you have until 6 pm ET the following business day to request changes or cancellation.
We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 5 pm ET on Fridays will begin processing on Monday.

Items cannot be added to an existing order, but some minor changes to items may be allowed on a per-order basis. Please contact us to find out if your order qualifies for item changes.
Oh no! Please make sure when entering your promo code at checkout that it was entered correctly with no leading or trailing spaces.
Please note that promo codes may have an expiration date and some are one-time use only. Only one promo code is allowed per order. Adding a second promo code will replace the first one.

We all have that favorite printed photo we've held on to for ages or have in an album (or shoebox). If you want that special memory printed on any of our awesome products, all you need to do is take a high-resolution scan of the physical photo and save it as a digital file on your computer.
Our most recommended free scanning app is Photo Scan by Google.
Shipping & Tracking
All orders are proudly printed and shipped from our state-of-the-art facility in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
We ship to all 50 US states, the District of Columbia, and all armed forces and US territories.
And you get FAST, FREE Shipping for all orders over $89 (merchandise subtotal $89 or more).
You will receive an email once your order ships containing the tracking number. If you can't find your shipping email, check your spam or promotions folder as emails can sometimes be unpredictable.
If you created an account, you can also click My Account and login to check the status of your recent orders.
You're on the right website! Every order with a merchandise subtotal of $89 or more qualifies for FREE standard shipping.
If you select Priority Printing at checkout we'll move your order to the front of the line. This means it will be printed, go through our strict quality checks, and ship sooner, so it gets to you in less time than with our standard service.
We are more than happy to update the shipping address for you! Please email us at hello@myphoto.com with your order confirmation number and new shipping address as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that this is time-sensitive and we are unable to change the shipping address once your order begins processing.
Changing the shipping address can alter your order total if the sales tax rate for the new address is different. You will be charged based on the sales tax for the new shipping address.
Of course! You can enter different billing and shipping addresses at checkout.
Orders shipping to PO boxes will ship via USPS and may take a bit longer.
Currently, we only ship each order to a single address. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please feel free to place separate orders.

Your photos are printed directly onto the finest materials sourced from all over the world. Each product is handcrafted for you with the utmost TLC.
Remember! To help you personalize your photo please follow our Smile Guarantee guidelines.
Using our incredibly advanced digital technology we print your photo directly onto the back of the acrylic or glass, giving a unique prismatic quality when looking at it from the front, back, or different angles.
Your photos are NOT "inside" the acrylic and we do not paste the photo to the back of our products.
Gifting
Sorry, at this time we do not provide gift wrapping. But, you're in luck! Our beautiful gift boxes are so stunning...the box itself is display-worthy.
No, our products are gift friendly, which means orders can be shipped directly to gift recipients.
Secure Personal Information
Yes, our website uses SSL encryption technology on secure servers to ensure the information you provide will not be accessed or altered by others, misused or lost.
The files you upload are used only to produce the products you order. We understand and respect that your photos are your property. Please see our Terms of Use for more details.
Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. When placing an order online, we do ask for your personal and credit card information. Your credit card information is stored in a secure environment separate from our website. We will never store your credit card number.
For more details, please see our Privacy Policy. We will send an e-mail message to you to confirm online orders you place. From time to time we may contact you via e-mail with special MyPhoto promotions and product releases. You will always have the option to opt out of these e-mails should you wish.
Corporate & Large Volume Orders
While we always have amazing prices, if you want to order over $1,000 for family, friends, or organizations, please contact us at bigorders@myphoto.com to make special arrangements and get volume discounts.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Your original photo is too dark, too light, or washed out.
Your original photo has a low resolution, is blurry or grainy.
Your original photo is a screenshot or contains unwanted borders.
Your original photo is cropped poorly.
Your order was damaged after delivery.
You uploaded the wrong photo.
At MyPhoto, we take great pride in the quality of our custom-printed photo products. Due to their personalized nature, we do not require you to return your product for a refund or exchange. However, if you receive an item that is defective or does not meet our quality standards, we may request photo evidence of the issue.
If the defect meets our refund or exchange criteria, you will have the option to receive a replacement or a refund. Our goal is to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your order.
If we made a mistake or your order arrived damaged, we may ship a replacement order or provide a full refund. If you made a mistake or just changed your mind, your order may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Please note that photo evidence may be required for photo quality issues, damaged products, gift boxes, etc., in accordance with our Smile Guarantee.
