Account Recovery
If you've forgotten your login information, just provide the email address that you used when you created your account and we will generate a new password and send it to you, along with your username, at that address. Alternatively, if you know your username, you can just provide that in the second box, and a new password will be generated and sent to the email address we have on file. Please note that once you do this, your existing password will no longer be valid.
If you did not provide a valid email address at registration time, you will need to create a new account. If you did provide a valid email address at registration time, but that email account is no longer available to you, you may contact us for additional information and assistance.
