We recommend that all photos be 300 dpi or the original high resolution files. Rule of thumb... bigger is better. While customizing your product, it will indicate how well your photo will print. If you get a warning that your photo is too small, we recommend changing your photo or product size to improve it's print-ability. If you uploaded your photo from Instagram, you may have the same photo saved to your camera roll or gallery that is of a higher resolution. If you send a photo from your phone, be sure to select "Actual Size".
We strongly recommend high quality .jpg, or.png, files. We do not recommend uploading .gif files.
